Rest Stops
Replenish your energy at four rest areas along the route. Complimentary snacks and water will be available at each rest stop and the Finish Line Festival.
Bike Repair
If your bike needs attention, stop at a repair tent.
Marshals and Police
Marshals are on bicycles along the route ready to provide assistance. They give route directions and tell you about road conditions. Be sure to bring a spare tube. Flat tires are the most common problem. Marshals are more likely to be able to help you if you have a tube.
The Philadelphia Police Department officers are also on the route to manage car traffic and help with problems. Please follow their instructions.
There will be SAG vehicles available for cyclists who need assistance.
Medical Help
Emergency medical technicians and paramedics are available to attend to medical needs. Ask any marshal or police officer to get you medical assistance if you need it.
Toilets
Toilets are available throughout the ride, including handicap-accessible ones at most rest areas, and the Finish Line Festival.
Information
If you have any last minute questions, stop by our Information Tent. If you lost an item on the ride, please check in here to see if it has been returned. The information tents at the Festival are where you should meet cycling companions who may have gotten separated from you on the ride. Volunteers can help you get reunited, and there are message boards for your use.
Check at Information Tent for items lost along the way. After the event, please contact the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia by calling 215-BICYCLE or sending an email to events@bicyclecoalition.org.
