Welcome to the Philadelphia Cycling Committee (PCC), a project of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia. PCC is the Bicycle Coalition's local liasion for bicycle issues specific for Philadelphia and works with BCGP staff to identify, prioritize and address local bicycle issues.

Participate in the National Bicycle Summit's Virtual Lobby Day by sending this LETTER to your Congressional representatives asking them to co-sponsor HR4722, the "Active Community Transportation Act", which will make $2 Billion available to cities and communities to invest in walking and bicycling infrastructure.
