Double Dutch - Bicycling Jumps in Philadelphia:  The path tourban sustainablity is paved by streets that accomodate all users, notjust cars and trucks.  The 2008 bicycle counts, conducted by BicycleCoalition staff and volunteers at key intersections and the SchuylkillRiver bridges, found that bicycling increased 104% since 2005, or 35%per year.
