Greetings!

Congress is finally moving on a federal transportation bill. But, they need to hear from us!

The House will release its bill tomorrow (January 27) and vote on it next Thursday (February 2).

The bill does NOT include dedicated funding for biking and walking. It will provide ZERO funding for Transportation Enhancements and Safe Routes to School.

We must get those programs restored to the bill.

Here's our message: These programs are important to me. Please restore funding for biking and walking funding in the House Transportation Bill by voting yes on an amendment that will fund Transportation Enhancements and Safe Routes to School.

Please write and call your Congressional representative today.

It's especially urgent that those of you who live in districts represented by Congressmen Meehan, Shuster, Barletta and LoBiondo make yourselves heard! After you send an email, you'll be directed to a page with phone numbers of District offices.
